The student/client will not be allowed to download any video class or consultation recordings.
Any issues or queries raised on the website will be addressed within three working days.
If you have booked an online consultation and fail to provide updates or remain unavailable at your scheduled time within 24 hours, you will need to rebook the consultation and make the payment again.
In case of unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, you must officially notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your slot.
If you have enrolled in any course from an external channel, no support will be provided.
If any product is required for a course or consultation, actual shipping costs will be applicable.
Access to courses will be limited to one device only.
Support for doubts or clarifications after consultation will be valid for two months. For queries beyond this period, a new appointment must be booked.
All remedies and calculations are provided to the best of our knowledge, but no guarantee is provided for predictions or solutions.

REFUNDS

Since our courses are online video courses and consist entirely of digital content, we do not offer refunds on online video (E-Learning) courses and classes.
We request you to test our free demo videos and YouTube sample classes before purchasing.

NON-TANGIBLE IRREVOCABLE GOODS (“DIGITAL PRODUCTS”)

We do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and login/access details are sent.

DUPLICATE PURCHASE

In case of double payment due to any reason, you will receive a 100% refund of the extra amount.

CANCELLATION

Please provide a valid mobile number and personal email during sign-up and registration.

ASTROLOGY & VASTU CONSULTATIONS AND RECORDED COURSES

We do not offer refunds for astrology or Vastu consultations or for eLearning recorded courses.
Once purchased, the materials are accessible immediately, so refunds are not possible.

RE-CONSULTATION & FOLLOW-UP

All our consultations and remedies are based on Vedic astrology and Vastu principles.
We do not offer any guarantees. Expenses for remedies or puja are not our responsibility.

ONLINE LIVE CLASSES

We offer a 100% refund within the first two classes of a live course.
If you’re not satisfied, notify us within the first two classes for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after that.
